For US enterprise procurement teams, our ISO 27001 certification is functionally equivalent to SOC 2 Type II.

Chirag Mudsa is a technology entrepreneur, AI transformation strategist, and product as well as people engineering leader with over 20 years of experience building scalable digital platforms, enterprise software products, and global technology teams.
He graduated from Dharmsinh Desai University with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Information Technology). He joined his first job as a full-stack developer using Microsoft Technologies. Career progression for him was indeed an interesting journey from technical positions to team leadership positions before moving on to become a successful enterprise product manager in developing and marketing digital products in Norway and the UK.
As the Founder & CEO, Chirag leads the strategic vision, goals, and execution of CMARIX. As per his guidance, CMARIX has become a global technology outsourcing firm with a team of over 200 in-house professionals serving over 46 countries and delivering more than 2,000 projects for Fortune 500 firms.
His areas of deep expertise include cloud-native application development, cross-platform mobile engineering, SaaS product development, and enterprise outsourcing models. Atman Rathod
Founder & Executive Director
Atman Rathod is a leading technology entrepreneur and executive with more than two decades of experience in software engineering, digital transformation and enterprise technology consulting.
Certified by Microsoft as a Professional since 2001, Atman holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Saurashtra University (2004) and a Master of Science degree in Management from Middlesex University, London (2007). He has vast experience in both engineering and business operations as well as global delivery.
Before founding CMARIX, he worked with globally recognized organizations, including Deloitte and BT Group (British Telecom) in London, United Kingdom, gaining valuable exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Throughout his career, Atman has been responsible for managing software engineering initiatives totaling more than US$45 million across 46+ nations worldwide. In addition, he has firsthand knowledge of the operational environments in more than 32 countries, gained through direct interaction with clients in those countries.
As a Founder & Executive Director, he works closely with organizations to create scalable digital solutions and upgrade their existing systems to achieve sustainable growth through technological interventions.

Jeegnasa Mudsa
Executive Director
Jeegnasa Mudsa is a business executive and organizational strategist with over 15 years of experience across software development, human resources management, and enterprise-level operations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from V.V.P. Engineering College. It is through her education that she has developed her methods in organizing and managing organizations.
Prior to co-founding CMARIX, Jeegnasa served as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Vodafone Group, where she led talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development at enterprise scale. This role gave her firsthand exposure to the operational rigor and people systems required to run a high-performance global organization, insights she has carried directly into building CMARIX from the ground up.
As Executive Director, Jeegnasa oversees company-wide operations, culture, and internal business strategy. She is the operational backbone of CMARIX, ensuring a healthy, happy work culture and a consistent growth trajectory for the team.
She is renowned as a creative director with profound proficiency in technology and human resources management. She helps bring clarity to the complex organizational systems and has played an important role in developing the execution-focused culture at CMARIX.
